Our first organic collaboration with Stroud Brewery. Brewed using unsold Organic Hobbs House Bakery bread. A generously hopped pale ale using organic Simcoe, Chinook and Mandarina Bavaria hops, with Lallemand’s New England yeast, to give a crisp, juicy finish. Soft malt flavour and a stone fruit aroma from the hops, with a balanced bitterness.
