Rob is our CEO, and advised Toast through our launch in 2016. He's founded social change organisations and previously led Ashoka UK, supporting entrepreneurs to scale system changing enterprises.
Louisa set-up Toast in 2015 and leads on brand and culture. She was previously a consultant at the Carbon Trust, advising brands on sustainability strategies. She's also an accountant and a Digital Mum.
Chief Brand Officer
Julie leads our relationships with bakers, brewers and distributors. She was previously a buyer for leading food retailers and advised food start-ups on scaling.
David manages our relationships with stockists and leads the sale team. He has a background in retail, joining Waitrose as a graduate and progressing to manage business change projects.
Mikey manages our stockist relationships in South London. He previously consulted for charities and social enterprises in Africa. A keen rugby player and book-lover, he can juggle standing on one leg.
Mike sets up new relationships with stockists in London to Bristol and Wales. He recently gained a masters from LSE, working on regional development. He's Sporty Toast, travelling everywhere by bike, and is a qualified freediver.
Our Head Brewer made his first beer as a teenager and hasn't stopped since then. Stuart has brewed in the UK, Europe and Africa winning many awards and friends along the way. He looks after our beer quality from bread to glass. When he isn't in a brewery you'll find him on a bike or windsurfing.
Chris manages our brewery collaborations. He has an operations background and was previously a foreign languages teacher. He is the most passionate craft beer lover you'll ever meet.

Roisin manages the relationships with our retail accounts. She has a background in business development and marketing. From the West Coast of Ireland, you will find her in London seeking out the best wild swimming spots!
Lawrence is our customer services superstar, ensures our beers reaches happy customers. He previously worked as an account manager and has tutored A-level students. He's into gaming and has an incredible tenor voice.
Customer Kneads Manager
James works on all things marketing and events to help spread the word on Toast. He previously worked at a creative agency, focusing on retail and shopper marketing.

Susan has spent her finance career working in budgeting, cost analysis and control but her real passion lies in public welfare. She used to volunteer her time at workshops for overseas Chinese students to help them settle across Europe.

Shannon has over a decade's experience growing speciality beer brands in North America, with brands including Moxie Voss, Leaf Organic Vodka and Miller Lite. On weekends you can find her sharking a shuffleboard court in Brooklyn or taking pizza VERY seriously.
Chief Toaster USA
Originally from Napa, California, Janet graduated from UC Berkeley and spent 10 years in wine marketing at her family’s vineyard. She joined Toast Ale USA in the spring of 2018. Working in Sales & Operations, she looks forward to guiding the expansion of Toast Ale into new markets across the USA! She is also pursuing her MBA in Sustainability from Bard College.

As a recent graduate from Parsons The New School with a Strategic Design and Management degree, Emma has built a focus on food waste and sustainable practices. Her day to day involves digital marketing, managing in-store samplings, and developing internship programs.
Our Bread Board
Serge has owned and managed businesses in the Netherlands and UK. His current business is Husky - smart refrigeration. Serge helps social entrepreneurs develop their businesses and co-founded LUTA, a martial arts clothing business born out of Fight For Peace.
Paul is an award winning entrepreneur and author. He founded organic baby food brand Ella’s Kitchen built upon a core social mission. It’s now the UK’s largest. His book is: ‘Little Wins: The Huge Power of Thinking Like a Toddler’.
Helen has 35 years of experience building purpose-led brands, including launching Ben & Jerry's in the UK. She’s a non-executive director at Ben & Jerry’s, Halfords Plc and Vapiano SE, and has previous directorships at Caffe Nero Group Ltd and Zizzi Restaurants.
Emma has 30 years experience in marketing, branding and comms. She’s the Chief Marketing and Engagement Officer and Senior Vice President at the National Geographic Society. She was previously CMO at National Public Radio and VP at República.
Tristram is an author and campaigner on the environmental and social impacts of food production, and founded both Toast and our charity partner Feedback.
