Louisa co-founded Toast in 2015. She manages our commitment to people, planet and profit and ensures our brand represents our purpose. She's a management accountant, marketeer and previous sustainability consultant.

David is our head Breadwinner, managing key customer relationships and leading the sale team. He has a background in retail, including a long career with Waitrose.
Bread of Operations
Tom used to do the heavy lifting at Fullers and Mondo Brewing Co, before moving to Brixton Brewery and now Toast. As our new Bread of Operations he ensures that our beer is top quality and gets to our customers without a hitch.
Our Head Brewer made his first beer as a teenager and hasn't stopped since then. Stuart has brewed in the UK, Europe and Africa winning many awards and friends along the way. He looks after our beer quality from bread to glass.
Marketing and Communications Manager
Kristen is our Social Media Guru, and loves chatting all things craft beer and sustainability with Toast fans online. She also co-runs a local food co-operative.
Maria loafs supporting all our amazing stockists almost as much as she adores her two cats. When she's not pounding the streets you'll find her with her family.
